• Own the end-to-end clinician onboarding experience, driving >90% clinician satisfaction and >70% activation within 14 days of onboarding
• Facilitate high-quality group and individual onboarding sessions that help clinicians feel immediately confident and ready to use Ambience independently
• Partner closely with Clinical Success Managers and enterprise leads to align onboarding approaches with real-world clinical workflows and health system-specific needs

• Partner with stakeholders to tackle technical problems at scale, building framework agnostic services.
• Establish roadmap and architecture for Wealthsimple’s Machine Learning platform.
• Build highly performant scalable systems, contributing to our ML platform on Kubernetes, Bedrock and Sagemaker.
